  This could be the most unprofessional medical organization that I have ever dealt with, in the state of Colorado. I wish that I had never wasted the time or money trying to get help for some ongoing knee pain I was having. My first appointment lasted 5 minutes. The "doctor" barely gave me an exam before immediately saying I needed an MRI. I asked, "Do I really need an MRI or is there anything else you can do before I go spend all that money?" She insisted there was no other way and told me she would set up an appointment for the MRI and I would hear from them by the following day. I waited almost 3 weeks before I finally called their office to see what was going on. Obviously no one had made me an appointment so I was finally able to set one up and it only took 5 min!!!! Ridiculous. Now I have my MRI appointment, and I am told I will receive a call within a week with my results. I wait another 2 WEEKS before I had to call 3 separate times for someone to finally call me back with the results. Immediately I am told that my meniscus is DEFINITELY torn and I need to make a follow up appointment to go over the results. I show up at the appointment and of course the DR does not have my MRI or has even seen it to go over it. After being slightly frustrated from this, he starts to do some quick tests on my knee while laying on the medical bed and tells me almost immediately that he knows my meniscus is NOT torn. Excuse me?! After the first DR had absolutely no idea what was wrong with my knee you can tell after less than a minute? Where was this DR in the first place who could've saved me a ton of time and money? He called me the next day and said he had viewed the MRI and that there was no damage to my knee. What the real problem ended up being was too much tissue formed in my knee through growing up and now that extra tissue was rubbing on the bone causing irritation. With NO MEDICAL ISSUE whatsoever he then asks when I want to get my knee scoped to remove the extra tissue! No chance! This place doesn't deserve another dollar. This firm is everything that is wrong with our medical industry: scamming hard working people just to make an extra buck. I hope no one makes the same mistake I did. If you have any orthopedic problems, just make the longer drive to Aspen. PS! I did attempt to call and discuss my frustration with the care I received in order to "right" my bills. Instead of talking to someone I was passed along to the office manager's voicemail who just never quite found the time to call me back. Guess they really care about their patients there.
